Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 17 July 2026
1. Who these terms apply to
These terms are an agreement between you, the parent or legal guardian creating an account, and Aariva Solution Ltd (“Aariva”, “we”, “us”), company number 16097466, the operator of Aariva Learn. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and are the parent or legal guardian of any child profile you add.
2. The service
Aariva Learn provides daily AI-assisted tutoring for children in Reception to Year 6, covering core subjects and an optional 11+ exam preparation track. Content is mapped to the English National Curriculum, with optional Oak National Academy references where a topic matches. It is a supplement to, not a replacement for, your child’s school education.
3. Accounts and child profiles
One parent account can manage multiple child profiles. Children do not create their own accounts or provide their own email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account, including by your children.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription, billed via our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown before you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for anyone outside your own family or, for school accounts, outside your school.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service.
- Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes someone else’s rights.
- Share a child’s PIN or account access outside the intended household or classroom.
6. AI-generated content
Tutoring sessions, questions, and feedback are generated using AI, grounded in curriculum sources where possible. While we work to keep this content accurate and age-appropriate, AI-generated material can occasionally be wrong. Please let us know if you spot anything incorrect or inappropriate so we can review it.
7. Intellectual property
Aariva Learn, its branding, and its software are owned by Aariva Solution Ltd. Curriculum material referenced from Oak National Academy remains subject to their own licensing terms. You retain ownership of any content you or your child submit, and grant us a licence to use it to provide and improve the service.
8. Cancellation and termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, misuses the service, or where required by law, and will explain why wherever possible.
9. Liability
Aariva Learn is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, such as liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will let you know, for example by email or an in-app notice, before they take effect.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
